Day 02: VIENTIANE – HOUEISAY
After breakfast we then transfer to airport for flight to Houeisay.On arrival check into hotel and visit round the city of Bokeo.Overnight in Houeisay.

Day 03:  HOUEISAY – PAK BENG
After breakfast, transfer to the pier. Board a traditional riverboat for a cruise downstream the Mekong River towards Pakbeng (approx. 7 hours depending on the water level). The Mekong River has kept much of its untamed character with impressive rapids and lush jungles along each bank. En route, stop and visit some hill tribes’ villages such as the H’Mong village of Ban Houeilampene and the Thai Lu village of Ban Kouaytoune.
Picnic lunch on board.
Arrive in Pakbeng, a rustic town village that sits on a steep hillside and offers spectacular views on the Mekong . Check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Pakbeng.

Day 04: ( 09 NOV 08 ) PAK BENG –PAK OU – LUANGPRABANG
After breakfast, continue your cruise along the Mekong River towards the former Royal capital of Luang Prabang (approx. 6 hours depending on the water level). On the way, stop at Pak Ou, at the confluence of the Nam Ou and Mekong Rivers, to visit the sacred caves of Tham Ting and Tham Phoum, home to hundreds of Buddha statues. Continue to Ban Xang Hai village where sticky rice wine distillation can be seen and then stop at Vat Longkhoune temple, famous for its 18th century frescoes.
Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, transfer and check-in at your hotel. Overnight in LuangPrabang.

Day 05:LUANGPRABANG/LUANG NAMTHA & EXCURSION TO MOUANG SING.
Breakfast at hotel, we excursion by car to Mouang Sing. Upon arrival at Luang Namtha airport, transfer to a local restaurant in town for lunch by own account.  After lunch, excursion by car to Mouang Sing  and stop visiting minority of Akhar at Ban Houei Lack Kham Mai, Thai Dam village near by Mouang Sing. Arrive to Mouang Sing before sunset and transfer to best available guesthouse for check in.  Dinner by own account at hotel and overnight.

Day 06:  FULL DAY TOUR AND EXPLORING MOUANG SING.
Wake and get up early is obligated to visit local market of Mouang Sing to watch different hill tribes to barter and exchange merchandises. Breakfast at a local restaurant near by the market.  After breakfast, excursion by car to visit traditional village of Lao Leu village at Ban Na Kham, Akhar village at Ban Nam Dad, and Yao Village at Ban Phou Done Thanh.  Return to Mouang sing for lunch by own account at a local restaurant in town.  Afternoon, excursion to visit minority villages on the way to Xieng Kok. Such as: H’Mong village at ban Km2 from Mouang Sing and mixed village of Akhar, Lao Loum, Khmu either H’Mong village and return to Mouang Sing for dinner by own account at hotel and overnight.

Day 07:  MOUANG SING/LUANG NAMTHA/OUDOMXAI
Breakfast at hotel, excursion by car to Oudomxai via Luang Namtha.  Enroute, stop for photography the beautiful landscape and local people as well as minority village along the road. Lunch by own account at a local restaurant at Luang Namtha.  After lunch, continue on excursion to Oudomxai.  On the way, stop visiting minority village of Lanten at Nam Dee, Nam Houei Namdeng Nhai, H’Mong at Ban Houei Nam Deng Noi, and traditional village of Khmu at Ban Kiou Chaep.  Arrive to Oudomxai before sunset and transfer to hotel in town for check in.  Dinner by own account and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 08: OUDOMXAI/BAN NA NHANG TAI/NONG KHIAW
Breakfast at hotel, excursion by car to Nong Khiaw via Ban Pak Mong.  Enroute, stop visiting the most famous clothes wearing of H’Mong at Ban Chabrong and Ban Chong Cha, traditional village of Khmu at Ban Kajaet. and cultural provincial Lao Leu village at Ban Na Nhang Tai. Arrive Nongkhiaw before lunch and transfer to best available guesthouse for check in and lunch by own account.  Afternoon, visit local people surroundings as well as a historic cave of Phathor (Single Limestone cliff)
Where was used as a habitability of villagers during Indochina War and return to Nongkhiaw for dinner by own account at hotel and overnight.

Day 09:  NONG KHIAW/ LUANG PRABANG
Breakfast at guesthouse or at a local restaurant can be organized. Then embark traditional boat trip down stream on Nam Ou River to Luang Prabang.  On the way, enjoy seeing local people’s activities such as: panning for gold during dry season, collect algae etc… Lunch by own account at a local restaurant at Ban Hat Nha (Khok Linh)
After lunch, continue cruising down stream on Nam Ou river and connecting on Mekong river to Luang Prabang. Enroute, stop visiting the most scared Buddha caves of Tha Ting and Tham Phoum where housing a thousand Buddha statues, and Ban Xang Hai where sticky rice wine distillation can be visited.  Arrive Luang Prabang before sunset and transfer to hotel in town for check in.  After check in, climb 328 steps on the stairs to the top of Phousi hill for overlooking the views of Luang Prabang the city of World Heritage until sunset and climb down on stairs to visit evening market along the main road of Luang Prabang.  Dinner and overnight at hotel specified.

Day 10:  FULL DAY TOUR AND EXPLORING LUANG PRABANG
Breakfast at hotel, visit main highlights of Luang Prabang such as : Vat Mai where was residence of Lao patriarch before 1975, National Museum the former royal king’s palace, Vat Sene where the biggest standing Buddha statue can be visited, and Vat Xieng Thong the most beautiful temple of real Lao architecture from 16th century.  Lunch by own account at a local restaurant in town. Afternoon, excursion to visit the most famous water falls of Kouangxi.  Enroute, stop visiting H’Mong village at Ban Na Ouane, traditional village of Lao Loum at Ban Xome or Ban Ou, and Khmu village at Ban Tha Pene near by the water falls.  Afternoon of relax with swimming at the natural turquoise pool down from the water fall can be organized and return to Luang Prabang for dinner by own account and overnight.

Day 11:  LUANGPRABANG / XIENGKHUANG BY ROAD
After breakfast, we are driving overland on up Hill Mountain with splendid natural scenery to Xiengkhouang, where was devastated by American bombing between 1964 and 1973. Upon arrival, we transfer out to visit the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site where hundreds of large stone jars are littered all over the plateau. If time permits, we are seeing the old capital of Muang Khoun [if time permits] and the nearby villages, home to the Hmong hill tribe people. They have an interesting local culture and a colorful history. Overnight in Phonsavanh.

Day 12:  XIENGKHUANG  ( B )
Breakfast at hotel, we visit Central Market anddrive (10 km SE of Phonesavanh) to visit the Plain of Jars , the archaeological stone Jars, which dated back at least 2000 years ago and also continue to visit the Plain of Jars (size 2.3). We en-route visit villages of Hmong minority group, where we can learn more about their housing, living and working conditions which are completely different from others.
In the afternoon, we drive to Muang Khoune, the old capital of Xiengkhouang, which was heavily damaged during the war, but there are still some former French settlement and hospital to be seen well as the damaged famous temple of Wat Phia Wat.

Day 13: XIENGKHUANG / VANG VIENG
After breakfast, then excursion by car to Vang Vieng via Mouang Kasi.  Enroute, stop visiting minority villages of Khmu, H’Mong, and traditional Low Land Lao.  Lunch at a local restaurant at Mouang Phou Khoune the ruin French Bungalow and return to new restaurant with good views of landscape.  After lunch, continue on excursion to Vang Vieng via Mouang Kasi and many stops for photography the panorama scenic road and local villagers along the road can be done.
Arrive to Vang Vieng before sunset and transfer to hotel in town for check in.  Dinner by own account and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 14: VANG VIENG EXCURSION TO VIENTIANE
Breakfast at hotel; visit the most famous of Tham Chang for overlooking the view of Vang Vieng. Then excursion to Vientiane. Enroute, stop visiting Ban Tha Hue the fishes market of local people and hydro-electricity dam of Nam Ngum. Boat trip to explore Nam Ngum reservoir for one hour before lunch can be organized. Lunch by own account at a local restaurant near by the Nam Ngum reservoir.  After lunch, continue on excursion to Vientiane and stop visiting the archaeological site of Vang Xang and H’Mong market at Ban KM52.  Arrive Vientiane before sunset and transfer to hotel in town for check in.  Then watch sunset from the bank of Mekong river. Dinner and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 15  VIENTIANE / BUDDHA PARK – MORNING MARKET
After breakfast, we enjoy a continuing day in Vientiane with visit to the morning market. Drive then to outskirts of Vientiane, following the road along the bank of Mekong river to visit the Buddha Park of Xieng Khuan, the Park (28 km East of Vientaine), containing a combination of hundred statues of Hindu divinities and Buddha. We also visit the weaving village at Ban Nong Bouathong, enjoy the sunset on the Mekong river bank for beautiful view. Return to the hotel and Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 16: VIENTIANE/PAKSE/TADLO
Breakfast early morning at hotel, transfer to the airport for check in and departure to Pakse.  Upon arrival at Pakse airport, pick and excursion by car to visit Tadlo Sara vane.  Enroute, stop visiting the cultural ethnic park at Tad Souam, Katou tribe at Ban Houei Houne.  Lunch by own account at a local market at Mouang Tha Teng.
After lunch, continue on excursion to visit Nge at ban Kandone, and Alack tribe at Ban Na Pong Neua.  Arrive Tadlo before dark and transfer to Tadlo Lodge resort or similar hotel for check in.  Dinner by own account and overnight.

Day 17: TADLO/BOLOVEN PLATEAU/CHHAMPASACK
Breakfast at hotel, excursion to Champasack via Boloven Plateau and Pakse. On the way, stop visiting minority villages of Laven at Ban Ta Kayeuseua, tea and coffee plantation can be visited.  Arrive to Pakse before and transfer directly to local restaurant in town for lunch by own account. After lunch, transfer to local harbor of Pakse to embark traditional boat trip down stream on Mekong river to visit Champasack.  Upon arrival at Ban Phaphine, disembark traditional boat trip and transfer to best available guesthouse for check in.  After checking in, excursion by car to visit the ruin Khmer temple of 8-11th century B.E. nearly dark and transfer back to guesthouse for dinner by own account and overnight.

Day 18: CHAMPASACK/OUBMONG/PHOUASA/KHONG.
Breakfast at hotel, excursion by car to Khong Island.  Enroute, stop visiting the ruin Khmer temple the same era of Wat Phou at Oubmong Ban Houei TOMO.  Lunch at Kingfisher restaurant at ban Kiat Ngong.  After lunch, take an elephant trip to the top of Phou Asa hill to visit the ruin temple of THAMMAYOUTH Buddhist monks from 19th century.  Arrive Ban Hatsai Khoune before sunset to take the ferry across Mekong River to Khong Island for check in.  Dinner by own account and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 19: KHONG/BAN KHONE/KHONE PHAPHENG/PAKSE.
Breakfast at hotel, excursion by car to Ban Na Kasang to embark a long tail boat for 20 minutes to visit Ban Khone the last Island of 4000 islands to visit the ruin railways of French’s colonial time and the water falls of Liphi known as name of Samphamith and return to Ban Nakasang to continue on excursion by car to visit the most famous water falls of Mekong falls.  Lunch by own account at a local restaurant near by the water falls.  After lunch, continue on excursion to Pakse and arrive to Pakse in the afternoon for check in. Dinner by own account and overnight at hotel specified in town.

Day 20: PAKSE/VIENTIANE/DEPARTURE
After breakfast, visit local market of Pakse to watch local people what they buy for foods and transfer to the airport for check in and departure to Vientiane & connect the flight for next destination.
